We had an awesome time in Nozawa Onsen, thank you very much for your assistance in booking the Hotel (Kawahiro) for us. We had a great stay, what a great location next to the gondola. The snow gods were very kind to us. We had a huge amount of snow while there. We went to Hakuba the week before and were not quite so lucky with the snow but still had a great weeks skiing. I will be in touch soon once we decide what we want to do next year but will definitely be looking for a couple of weeks in Japan.

Apologies for my tardy response. Getting back into the swing of things after holidays is always difficult! We had an amazing time and loved the Resort Inn Chitose. The owner was magnificent, food was fantastic and the room and location was great. Exactly what we needed after 2 busy weeks travelling in Japan. Thank you for organising this skiing part of our holiday. It was all very seamless and your communication was great!
So great in fact that once we know our daughter’s schedule with Uni we’re looking to book again for next year. I’ll be in touch.

We are truly grateful to Powder Ski Japan for arranging such a wonderful ski trip for us, our friends, and our family.
Staying at Naeba Prince Hotel was extremely convenient. The facilities were excellent, and the ski-in ski-out access made everything so easy. We could return to our room anytime for a short break or to grab anything we needed. The hotel staff were also very kind and welcoming.
Snow conditions this year were fantastic, with soft, powdery snow. Even our 2-year-old was able to enjoy learning how to ski, which made the experience especially memorable for us as a family.
We also loved the little surprises along the way ? seeing a fox on the ski slopes, spotting a wild wolf from the gondola on our way back from Kagura, and enjoying the beautiful fireworks at the resort. These moments made our trip incredibly exciting and unforgettable for the children.
We highly recommend Powder Ski Japan to families looking for a truly special ski holiday.

My two girls had a ball skiing. It was excellent to stay at Chitosekan again too. The lady owner is so lovely and just as I remember.

We really enjoyed Zao Onsen. The hotel location is great and the deal good value. There is a lot of snow this year.
We’re thinking of going to Appi kogen in 2026. One week at Appi and one week at Zao, around the first two weeks of February (dates to be confirmed).
It would be great if you can recommend any good value deals closer to the time.
